Why be a Sponsor?

We know how important vendors are to our success as credit union human resources, training and development executives. We know, too, how important it is for you to be able to reach those executives across the country with news of your products and services. And we've been told that vendors want to show support to the CUNA HR/TD Council in a way that's meaningful to the relationships they want to build.

Vendors can attend the conference through the sponsorship program by selecting an event and completing the sponsor signup form.

We believe we have an opportunity for you to show that support and gain the high profile image with the country's premier credit union human resources, training and development executives that you're looking for.

Sponsorship Levels are priced as follows:

As a Platinum sponsor, you will be listed as a premium sponsor in the program guide and will receive a display table for literature distribution that you can use throughout the conference. Your platinum sponsorship includes two complimentary registrations and a link to your Web site from the Council Web site, public recognition, and signage thanking you as a sponsor.

 ($4,500 to $7,500)

The initial gathering point for conference attendees. Complimentary beverages, plus plenty of appetizers to help generate enthusiasm for the conference. Sponsors receive exclusive signage, podium recognition, and the opportunity to distribute promotional literature.

Sponsor introduces the keynote speaker at this premiere event. Sponsor receives exclusive signage, podium time, and the opportunity to distribute promotional literature.

Sold Conference Handbook ($5000; One Opportunity)
Your company's ad will appear on the inside cover of the spiral bound program book presented to all participants.
AvailableMobile Phone Application ($5,000; One Opportunity)
Multiple in-app sponsorships and ad opportunities to expose attendees to your company before, during and after the conference.

Sold Closing General Session ($4,000; One Opportunity)

Sold Membership Luncheon ($4,500; One Opportunity)
A full luncheon followed by our membership meeting and sponsor door prizes. Includes podium time. As a sponsor, you will receive respective signage, podium time, and the opportunity to distribute promotional literature.

As a Gold sponsor, you will be receive public recognition and will be listed as a premium sponsor in the program guide.Your sponsorship includes one complimentary registration, a link to your Web site from the HR/TD Council Web site, and a table for literature distribution to use throughout the conference.

Available Educational Breakout Sessions and Cafe Conversations
($3,000; Multiple Opportunities)
You may choose one breakout session topic that repeats, two breakout session topics that do not repeat, or one Cafe Conversation. Sponsors receive signage, the opportunity to distribute promotional literature, and announced recognition.

AvailableBreakfasts ($3,500; Three Opportunities)
Sponsors receive signage and the opportunity to network with members. Distribution of promotional literature is also allowed.

As a Silver level sponsor you receive one complimentary conference registration, public recognition, signage thanking you as a sponsor, mention in the program guide, a complimentary link to your Web site from the HR/TD Council Web site, and a table for literature distribution.

How does it work?

At the CUNA HR/TD Council Summit, there is an opportunity for different levels of sponsorship. You can decide which sponsorship best fits your needs and budget. With all levels of sponsorship, you will receive mention in the program guide, signage at the conference and public recognition. In addition, at the gold and silver sponsorship level you will receive one complimentary registration. Platinum sponsorships receive two complimentary registrations. Higher levels of sponsorship will receive more opportunities for exposure.

Through the Sponsorship Program, you'll be able to sponsor the popular social and dynamic educational events that give the CUNA HR/TD Summit its unique feel and flavor. The Sponsorship Program allows you to mix and mingle with all participants while showing financial support in a public way that will attract attention, earn the respect of human resources, training and development executives; plus the thanks of the CUNA HR/TD Council through signage, the conference handbook and public recognition. In addition, it will allow you the opportunity to discuss your products and services in detail with conference attendees at all social events, educational sessions, networking breaks, luncheons, and receptions.

Additional vendor representative information - Our sponsorship program allows sponsors to attend all educational sessions, meal functions and networking events along with the credit union attendees. Over the years, past attendees from both the credit union side and supplier side have cited the value of vendor representatives as a part of the whole conference, not just those limited "welcome center opportunities."  For that reason we don't offer a pass for "non-session attendees" who simply wish to staff your display. Additional registrants beyond the number of complimentary registrations included with your sponsorship are at the rate of $845 each ($995 after early bird ends). 

Additional participants from the same firm (not affiliates) may also attend based on the sponsorship level in which you commit.

What Activities Are Not Permitted?

The purpose of the Sponsorship Program is to provide vendors with the opportunity to support the annual conference and in return receive considerable name recognition and direct networking opportunities. We request that our Sponsors use good judgment and business practices while interacting with our attendees. Activities or behaviors considered less than productive jeopardize the value of the conference for our attendees and may result in termination of the Sponsor relationship.

No activities may be scheduled at any time that will draw participants away from sessions or other conference activities.

Attendee emails will be shared with you solely for your use as a sponsor for this event.  You may not use those emails for other purposes, or share them with any third parties.

Any activity not sanctioned by the CUNA Councils may not be advertised as part of the Sponsorship Program. The Council reserves the right to prohibit distribution of non-sanctioned materials within the designated conference areas of the hotel.

Additional participants from the same firm (not affiliates) may also attend based on the sponsorship level in which you commit.

Participation in the Sponsorship Program should not be viewed as an endorsement by the Council.

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be issued until five weeks prior to the start of the conference. No refunds will be available after this date.  All cancellations must be submitted in writing. For more information, call us at (800) 356-9655, ext. 4018.

All participation will be subject to CUNA HR/TD Council Executive Committee approval.
